DELIVERY
You will receive your product within 5 (five) business days after placing your order. Most of the time, the product is delivered to you the next day of the order. The delivery of the product to you takes place with the courier companies that tvt.com.tr has agreed with. For your orders that do not arrive within 5 working days, you can send an e-mail to info@tvt.com.tr , talk to our customer representatives from the Customer Service phones (444 888 4) on our website and get the necessary information.
Please note your order number and make your application with this number in order to follow up and query the progress after your order. Regardless of the amount in overseas sales, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
For products that have been terminated due to systemic errors but cannot be shipped, tvt.com.tr will call you and inform you of the situation and if it has been collected, the amount you paid will be returned to you.
Our system has the feature of showing you the information of the products that we do not have and cannot be sent.
For shipments made with a Special Cargo Company, if the package is damaged during transportation, the damage is compensated by tvt.com.tr if you fulfill the following conditions.
In case of damaged package;
Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be attached to the delivery company. If the representative of the delivery company thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report. After the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to tvt.com.tr as soon as possible with the copy of the report you have left. tvt.com.tr will ensure a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.
